2025 Ram 1500 Engine & Configuration Updates

One of the most notable changes made to the Ram 1500 for 2025 is the shake-up in engine availability. The 5.7-litre HEMI V8 engine available for 2024 models has been officially retired by Ram. In its place are two versions of a turbocharged, inline six-cylinder engine, available in both regular and high-output variants. In addition, every trim level has been made 4×4, with the two-wheel drive option no longer available. Ram has also introduced a new Tungsten trim, serving as the new top-of-the-line configuration.

2025 Ram 1500 Feature Updates

Several technology features are brand new on the 2025 Ram 1500. In terms of interior infotainment, the 2025 Ram 1500 now features available displays such as a 14.5-inch centre touchscreen, a 10.25-inch passenger display, and a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster. Other notable technology features new for 2025 include a dual wireless phone charging pad, a rearview camera mirror, and an on-board 2-kW inverter that can be used to power small electric devices such as work tools or a television.

Hands-Free Highway Driving

Another exciting new feature available for 2025 Ram 1500 models is a hands-free highway driving assist system. When on compatible highways, drivers will be able to activate this feature and let the vehicle take control.
